§ Mr. PrenticeThe whole question of education expenditure will be considered 105W as part of the Government's current re-view of local authority finance. Sparsity of population is, however, one of the factors already allowed for in the calculation of the general grant, while the financial circumstances of individual authorities are taken into account in the rate deficiency grant.
