§ Mr. JayIn accordance with their previous undertaking, Wall Paper Manufacturers Ltd. informed my Department of the bid as soon as possible after it had been made. As to the second part of the Question, I would refer the hon. Member to the reply I gave on 15th February to the hon. Member for Sudbury and Woodbridge (Mr. Stainton).
