Commander Courtneyasked the President of the Board of Trade if, in view of the export situation and of the difficulties in rapid and reliable communication with the United Kingdom experienced by British business men 250W when negotiating with the Ministries of Foreign Trade in the capitals of Eastern Europe, he will seek to arrange for the provision of a Telex link for British commercial use in each of the capitals concerned.
