§ Mr. PadleyThe next meeting of the Ministerial Council of the European Free Trade Association is expected to take place on 22nd and 23rd February. My right hon. Friends the First Secretary of State and the President of the Board of Trade will be attending this meeting on behalf of Her Majesty's Government.
