§ Mr. J. H. Osbornasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer, in view of the fact that when the present restrictions are lifted residents in Rhodesia will receive the amount of interest due to them on any United Kingdom Government stocks which they hold at the normal rate as specified in the prospectus of the stock in question, whether the blocked interest payments will themselves be subject to interest.
