§ LORD LINDGRENMy right honourable friend expects to be able to introduce this Bill in another place immediately after the Christmas Recess. Meanwhile, to assist Parliamentary and public discussion of the important issues raised by the Bill, a White Paper, explaining the background to the Government's proposals will be published on Tuesday, December 21. Copies will be available at the Printed Paper Office at 2.30 p.m. on that day.
