§ Miss Jennie LeeI share the hon. Member's concern to maintain the high standards of orchestras outside London; but the level of the grant to the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra is a matter for the Arts Council. I understand that the orchestra is also seeking financial support from local education authorities related to the cost of extending its educational activities, and I am delighted to know that it is responding to the growing demand for live music in the South-West.
