§ Mr. Stratton Millsasked the President of the Board of Trade, if he will introduce legislation to require directors of public companies to detail their shareholdings and those of their families in the annual report as well as having this information available in the directors' share register at the annual meeting.
§ Mr. DarlingThe proposals my right hon. Friend will be making for new companies legislation this Session will not extend to amendment of the provisions of the Companies Act regarding disclosure of shareholdings of directors.
