asked the Postmaster-General (1) if he will reduce the additional charge of 10s. per quarter for transistorised hand-sets to persons who have qualified for a hearing aid from the Ministry of Heatlh;

(2) if he will reduce the charge for installing a transistorised hand-set in the case of persons who have qualified for a hearing aid from the Ministry of Health.

The rental was reduced by 33⅓ per cent. last year and I cannot now reduce it further.
