§ Mr. BennLegislation against pirate radio and television will be introduced as soon as practicable. Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Belgium have already enacted such legislation. France, Greece, the Republic of Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg and the Netherlands, as signatories of the European Agreement, also intend to introduce legislation.
