§ 74. Mr. Berryasked the Minister of Transport whether the recent cuts in the road programme will delay the preparation of the proposed D ring road which will connect the M.1—A.1 at South Mimms with the A.10 at Enfield, thus helping to relieve the A.111 route through Southgate, about which the Parliamentary Secretary wrote to the hon. Member for Southgate on 25th May.
