§ Mr. Howeasked the Minister of Transport whether he will identify each project for major road improvement and for new road construction within the North-West Economic Planning Region whose commencement or completion will be retarded as a result of the recent financial policy changes; and whether he will indicate, in each case, the date on which each project affected will be commenced or completed, respectively.
