Mr. Godman Irvineasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if he will review his decision to refuse dairymen permission to make an additional charge for providing half-pint bottles of milk, as this has resulted in the withdrawal of these bottles, thereby causing hardship to those living on retirement pensions and others.
§ Mr. PeartI am not at present satisfied that it would be desirable to modify the existing arrangements which have operated for many years. A small extra charge may be made for cartons.
