MallalieuAs I explained on 16th November and again on 22nd February, dockyard wage rates are periodically reviewed on a standard of comparison with outside rates agreed with the trades unions. Such a review was carried out last month, and, as a result, increases have been awarded both to craftsmen and to non-craft grades.
