§ Miss HerbisonThere are 8, each controlled by a committee of users which fixes the prices of meals. Items are normally priced separately. The average minimum price for which a two course meal is available is 2s. 5d. and the average price charged is 3s.
The basic financial arrangements are the same as those of the staff canteens for which the Treasury are responsible.
