§ Mr. Parkinasked the Minister of Transport, in view of the fact that the Metropolitan Police towed away vehicles from outside school entrances while 138W the schools were used as polling stations in recent local government elections, he will now introduce regulations to permit the same procedure on normal schooldays.
§ Mr. GalbraithThe regulations as they are enable the police to remove vehicles left on any road so as to be likely to cause danger to other road users, or which contravene statutory waiting restrictions or are causing serious obstruction.
