§ Mr. Bottomleyasked the Secretary of State for Commonwealth Relations and the Colonies in what form ballot papers will be drawn under the new electoral arrangements in British Guiana.
§ Mr. SandysThe ballot paper will list the parties (not the candidates) and on it the voter will be able to indicate his choice of party by a cross. Regulations will provide for lists of candidates of each party to be published and displayed at the polling place.
