HC Deb 04 May 1964 vol 694 c115W
43. Mr. Dudley Smith

asked the Minister of Health what procedure there is for seeing that foreign au pair girls who register with medical practitioners under the National Health Service in this country have their names removed from official doctors' lists when they return home and thus cease to be a charge on the service.

Mr. Braine

Names are removed mainly on information obtained from the Ministry of Pensions and National Insurance and through constant checks by Executive Councils.
