§ Mr. McKayasked the Minister of Health, in view of the fact that civil servants, teachers, and others are having in their old age to pay for home-helps, medical prescriptions and surgical aids, which most retired pensioners obtain free of charge, if he will take steps to revise the regulations relating to the payment of medical prescription charges so that all retired pensioners can claim up to 10s. even though their income is above National Assistance level.
