§ 13. Mr. Prenticeasked the Secretary for Technical Co-operation what proposals will be made by Her Majesty's Government at the Pledging Conference to be held in the autumn for the United Nations Expanded Programme of Technical Assistance and the Special Fund; and whether they will invite other countries to join this country in building up these programmes to the level proposed by U Thant in 1960 in connection with the United Nations Development Decade.
