§ 48. Mr. Gourlayasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he is aware that there will remain a considerable bed shortage when the new extension to Victoria Hospital, Kirkcaldy, comes into service in 1966; and whether he has considered the provision of a further extension at Victoria Hospital.
§ Mr. NobleThe second extension of the Victoria Hospital will not meet all the hospital needs of the area it serves, but the scope of the further development of this hospital has still to be determined and the regional board has other schemes in Fife of higher priority which have still to find a place in its programme.
