§ Mr. NobleA booklet summarising the main provisions of the Succession (Scotland) Act is being prepared for publication and an article on the Act will appear inScottish Agriculture, a journal published by my Department. The hon. Member will no doubt be aware of the wide publicity given to these changes in the law when the Bill received the Royal Assent last week.
