35. Mr. Talbot

asked the Attorney-General whether he will state the principles, other than national security, that affect a decision to claim Crown privilege against production of documents in actions between Ministers and individuals and corporations; and to what extent it is the practice to claim privilege for Ministerial departmental communications and memoranda where national security is not involved.
