§ Mr. MarplesI have decided that there is a case for a 40 m.p.h. speed limit, on part at least of the length of road concerned. As soon as I have settled on a terminal point for the speed limit in the light of the fuller information about speeds and accidents which I have requested, I shall give public notice.
