Friend is satisfied that the market value rule of compensation which covers the general field and the site value rule which is the general basis for houses that are unfit for habitation are right. I would however refer my hon. Friend to the Answers my right hon. Friend gave to the hon. Member for Blackburn (Mrs. Castle) on 14th July.
