§ Mr. Ness Edwardsasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government and Minister for Welsh Affairs if he is aware of the dissatisfaction of the urban district councils of South Wales with the negative form of tests for the determination of housing that is unfit for human habitation; and if he will take steps to improve the situation.
§ Sir K. JosephI am not aware of any general dissatisfaction among these local authorities, nor have I any reason to suppose that the present arrangements impede slum clearance.
