§ Mr. MarplesYes. Her Majesty's Government have now ratified the Convention, and it will come into force on 26th May, 1965. As is customary in dealing with a Convention of this kind, Her Majesty's Government were not prepared to ratify it until the necessary legislation had been enacted.
