§ Mr. MawbyWe do not think posting boxes on such sites would, in general, be used sufficiently to justify the cost of providing them and collecting from them. But, if my hon. Friend has in mind any particular lay-by where he thinks a box might be justified and will let me have details, I will gladly look into the matter.
