§ Mr. BrookeThere was no discrimination againstMr. Tshombe personally involved in tins case, neither was there any information in my hands about his being invited here to address the Institute of 45W Race Relations. He applied for a visa to enable him to pay a short private visit to the United Kingdom, and it was solely because he did not appear to possess an acceptable travel document that, in accordance with normal practice, a visa was refused.
