§ Sir E. BoyleAbout 210 projects at a building cost of £1.6 million were completed in 1962 and about 230 projects costing £2.6 million in 1963, as part of the youth service building programme. I expect the value of completions in 1964 to be higher. The great majority of these projects are new youth clubs or youth wings of school premises. In addition, a number of clubs have been built as minor works. Figures for 1960 and 1961 are not available.
