§ Mr. Mappasked the Minister of Education if he will now recommend the holding of the General Certificate of Education examination next year not later than the end of May 1965 for those areas having early town holidays.
§ Sir E. BoyleThe Secondary School Examinations Council have already asked the examining boards to complete next year's General Certificate of Education examinations by the end of June. It is impracticable for the boards to adopt different dates in different areas.
