§ Mr. Delargyasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government and Minister for Welsh Affairs if he will receive in person a deputation from Thurrock Urban District Council to discuss the cement dust nuisance in Thurrock.
§ Sir K. JosephI am afraid that owing to heavy Parliamentary and other commitments I cannot undertake to receive the deputation myself. But I am suggesting to the council that the deputation should be received by one of my Joint Parliamentary Secretaries.
