§ 94 and 95. Mr. Parkinasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department (1) whether, in the light of the latest information available on illicit traffic in amphetamine derivatives, he will, in advance of comprehensive legislation, seek emergency powers to control and inspect the distribution of scheduled poisons by wholesalers;
161W(2) whether, as there is no special Customs control over the import of scheduled poisons, he will seek powers to establish a record for inspection by his Department of quantities and destinations of those of such imports as he thinks fit, including amphetamine derivatives.
