§ 89. Sir R. Caryasked the Attorney-General whether he will now announce the composition of the Committee appointed to consider whether any alterations are desirable in the law of succession in England and Wales and in Scotland in relation to illegitimate persons.
The Attorney-GeneralLord Justice Russell is to be the chairman of this Committee and its other members will be Lady Bragg, the hon. Member for Glasgow, Gorbals (Mrs. Cullen), Professor George Henry, the hon. Member for Hendon, South (Sir H. Lucas-Tooth), Mrs. T. B. Smith, Mr. F. C. Trehern, Lord Walker and Mr. J. S. Widdows.
