§ Mr. BevinsThe use of the post for the distribution of these tickets to addresses in this country is prohibited: and if they are found in the post they are stopped. I do realise that some of these tickets are getting into the country in sealed envelopes. I shall not allow the tickets in the Household Delivery Service.
