§ Sir K. Josephasked the Secretary of State for Wales if he will make a statement on the progress of the assistance from the Exchequer to the Welsh Tourist Board under the arrangements made by the last Administration.
§ Mr. James GriffithsSo far £2,550 has been paid to the Wales Tourist and Holidays Association Limited, as part of the Exchequer grant of up to £40,000 promised to the Association to assist in meeting the cost of a programme of research into the potential development of the holiday industry. Only a small part of the total sum has been required since the new development officer and three field officers will not take up their appointments until the New Year.
