§ Mr. Mappasked the Minister of Labour what estimate he has made of the number of unemployed within the Oldham, Manchester, Ashton and Stockport areas who would be available for retraining and would be encouraged to 17W do so if an accessible training centre was available within daily travelling distance of their homes.
