§ THE MINISTER OF STATE, HOME OFFICE (LORD DERWENT)The Report is being published to-day, and copies are available in the Printed Paper Office. It provides a valuable analysis of the medical requirements of the Prison Service, together with recommendations for meeting them. My right honourable friend accepts all these recommendations in principle, subject to consultation with the interests concerned.
