§ Mr. NobleAdditional funds for 1963–64 amounting to £250,000 for capital expenditure on minor building schemes and £200,000 for revenue expenditure on maintenance have been allocated to Regional Hospital Boards in Scotland since September for the relief of winter unemployment in development districts. The Western Regional Hospital Board have made the 153W following allocation for schemes in their area:
