§ Mr. MartenThe present congestion in the Baggage Claim Hall at Belfast (Aldergrove) Airport is caused by the unexpectedly large number of people who meet arriving passengers and accompany them to collect their baggage. This may be only a temporary phenomenon; the problem is being106W studied urgently and I hope very soon to introduce revised arrangements which will overcome the present difficulty.
