§ Mr. WoodhouseThe British Standard with which electric fan heaters must comply in order to secure the approval of the British Electrical Approvals Board for Domestic Appliances has only recently been published. Before considering the making of regulations my right hon. Friend would like to see how far the Board's approval scheme can secure an improvement in the safety standards of these heaters.
