§ Mr. VosperOur technical assistance under the Colombo Plan will increase by 20 per cent. next year. The emphasis in the Colombo Plan is on economic and social development. While it is for the countries of the area to say what they most need for this purpose, we have indicated the kind of assistance likely to be most effective.
