§ 24. Mr. Zilliacusasked the President of the Board of Trade whether in view of the failure of the negotiations for entering the European Economic Community he will now agree to abandon annual quotas and fix import quotas of from three to five years, with provision for a substantial annual increase under the trade treaties with various Eastern European States.
