§ Mr. HeathThe inquiry has not yet been completed. The owners of the trawler have appealed to the Icelandic Supreme Court against the decision by the Reykjavik Court to hold the "Milwood" in Iceland pending the completion of the inquiry. The hearing before the Supreme Court took place on 19th June. The court's ruling is expected some time this week.
