JosephDetails of the subsidy available for dwellings provided to meet the urgent needs of industry were given in Appendix II of Circular No. 55/61, This Circular was sent to all housing authorities, and it is for them to decide what effect the provision of such houses will have on housing provision for local residents and on their housing revenue accounts.
