BoyleThe decision of the National Council for Diplomas in Art and Design to recognise only the Newport College of Art for diploma courses starting in 1963 does not imply that it is my policy or that of the Council to restrict courses to one centre in Wales. Colleges or schools of art may re-apply for approval of courses to start in September, 1964.
