§ Mr. Lubbockasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will introduce legislation to amend the Representation of the People Act, 1949, so as to make it an offence for any person to attempt to ascertain how an elector has voted or intends to vote at any election by falsely pretending to be a representative of a non-political opinion survey organisation.
