Mr. W. Hamilton

asked the President of the Board of Trade (1) what steps he intends to take to expand the activities of the British Industrial Development Office in New York;

(2) if he will make a statement on the future of the British Industrial Development Office in New York.

Mr. Green

My right hon. Friend has no immediate plans for expanding the activities of the Office. It will move shortly to the new offices of the Consulate-General in New York.
