Walker-Smithasked the Lord Privy Seal whether the negotiations at Brussels have embraced the possibility of revision of the procedures of the Court of Justice of the European Communities, in the event of British adherence to the European Economic Community; and if he will make a statement.
§ Mr. HeathDuring the negotiations we made it plain that we were ready to accept the institutional structure of the Communities, including the powers, procedure and practice of the Court of Justice.

Mr. Bellengerasked the Lord Privy Seal whether he proposes to discuss at the forthcoming conference of the European Free Trade Association powers the position of Denmark in relation to the French offer to accept Denmark as a member of the European Economic Community; and whether he will make a statement.
§ Mr. HeathAt the European Free Trade Association Ministerial Council on 18th and 19th February, we shall be examining the situation created by the breakdown of the Brussels negotiations. It will be for each of the other European Free Trade Association countries to make any statement concerning its own position.
§ 80. Mr. H. Hyndasked the Lord Privy Seal what was the total cost, including staff, accommodation and travelling expenses, of British participation in negotiations for possible entry into the European Economic Community.
