§ The Prime MinisterQuestions on Yemeni diplomatic relations with Her Majesty's Government should be addressed to my right hon. Friend the Foreign Secretary. I am not clear whether "operations" means the conduct of those relations. If it does, my right hon. Friend is again the responsible Minister.
